AD PATREM PREFECT
Ad Patrem Prefect is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Brotherhood. The primary focus of the Prefect is the growth and development of the ministry, spiritual & pastoral accompaniment of the Ad Patrem Keepers, and ongoing support & empowerment of the Ad Patrem leadership in their ministerial roles. This position reports to the Newman Director and Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ad Patrem Prefect is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Brotherhood. - Directly oversee the planning and facilitation of Thursday Ad Patrem ministry night
- Set-up, ministry night facilitation, and Clean-up
- Organize, plan, and facilitate weekly team meetings
- Attend weekly Council Meeting & provide updates
- Budget management
- Accompaniment of team in their specific ministerial roles
- Leading by example: outreach to students
AD PATREM PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT KEEPER
Program Development Keeper is responsible for bringing innovative ideas to the team for planning and facilitation during weekly ministry. This position brainstorms and organizes ministry nights and works with the team to facilitate the night. Program Development Specialist facilitates collaborative dialogue between leaders in order to create fruitful events.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support outreach to students
AD PATREM OUTREACH KEEPER
Outreach Keeper is responsible for the development and facilitation of outreach strategies to students in the community and on campus. This position works in collaboration with the Fellowship Ministry Outreach Specialists and Outreach Coordinator to continue to grow the Newman Center Ministry and connect with students.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Plan and facilitate Thursday Ad Patrem ministry
- Set-up, ministry night facilitation, and Clean-up
- Actively engage with new students and connect them with others
- Attend Ad Patrem weekly meeting
- Tabling on campus and at area Parishes
- Support the Newman Center’s presence and visibility on campus and at area Parishes
- Supporting outreach through communication with incoming/new students
- Be actively present in community communication (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- Lead by example: outreach to new students by fostering a welcoming environment & being the first to reach out
AD PATREM SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Social Media Keeper is responsible for managing all aspects of Facebook and Instagram social media including events creation and promotion, daily posts, story management, IG DM outreach, and IGTV for the ministry. This position works in collaboration with the Photography Specialist to curate engaging content to continue to build the ministry.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Photography & videography * as needed
- Outreach to Freshmen through social media DM chat
AD PATREM ENVIRONMENT & HOSPITALITY KEEPER
Environment & Hospitality Keeper is responsible for Environment, Food and Beverage for Ad Patrem Nights. This position works in collaboration with the Fellowship Ministry Environment & Hospitality Specialists and Environment & Hospitality Coordinator to provide a welcoming and positive atmosphere at the Newman Center.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Environment & Hospitality Keeper is responsible for Environment, Food and Beverage for Ad Patrem Nights. This position works in collaboration with the Fellowship Ministry Environment & Hospitality Specialists and Environment & Hospitality Coordinator to provide a welcoming and positive atmosphere at the Newman Center.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and facilitate Thursday Ad Patrem ministry and Hospitality
- Coordinate any needs for environment, food, or beverage
- Grocery Shopping
- Set-up, ministry night facilitation, and Clean-up
- Budget Management and communication with the Prefect
- Attend Ad Patrem weekly meeting
- Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the Newman Center when necessary
- Collaborate with Environment & Hospitality Coordinator to develop, expand, and maintain the environment and hospitality of the Newman Center
